- Trader Joe’s rice, Frozen one packet (regular or organic)
- Trader Joe’s almonds, cashews, walnuts, and cranberries (1 packet, snack size)
Optional for a meal:
3/4 pound organic ninety-four lean ground meat (buffalo, beef, turkey, or chicken)
What to do:
- Heat rice in a pan or microwave. Add a packet of batty and cranberries. Mix Well.
- Add 1-2 tbsps. dressing supported style preference. combine all well.
- Optional: add prepared, heated macromolecule and blend.
Bang: instant nice tasting meal.
