CILANTRO-GARLIC SHRIMP instruction TO slim down and find match

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb. shrimp (peeled, deveined)
  • 1 massive bunch of contemporary cilantro (chopped)
  • 3-5 garlic bulbs
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • Juice from 2-3 contemporary limes (squeeze directly into pan)
  • 2 tbsps. additional virgin oil or organic oil

 

PROCEDURE:

  • Heat oil in pan on medium
  • Add shrimp and cook until opaque and pink (7-8 minutes).
  • Add cumin and turmeric and stir till all shrimp coated
  • Add cilantro (to style, 1 handful) cook till scented
  • Squeeze juice directly into pan
  • Serve with dish below and/or starch (short grain rice or red quinoa)

SIDE dish instruction (ARUGULA):

  • 2 handfuls herbaceous plant
  • 1 tiny handful sliced red and yellow peppers
  • 1 tiny pinch sliced or slice Spanish onion.

DRESSING

  • 1/4 cup organic balsamy vinegar
  • 3 tbsp. low metallic element soy or braggs liquid aminos
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tbsp. additional virgin oil

Shake and drizzle over dish.
